STRAIGHT OFF THE PRESS
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of the order clearing. You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands — from there, transit runs 3–5 days domestic, 7–14 international. Delays happen when the city moves slow; we move the second we can.
Yes. Dark Luxury ships worldwide. International orders are sent tracked and insured. Duties and taxes are yours to settle at the door — we can't pay them for you.
Domestic standard starts at $7.50. Orders over $150 ship free, on us. International rates calculate at checkout based on weight and destination. No hidden handling fees — what you see is what you pay.
If the order hasn't shipped yet, yes — reach out within 12 hours of placing it and we'll reroute it. Once it's in transit, it's gone. We can't recall what's already left the block.
NO PIECE STAYS UNWORN
30 days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. We don't take back what's been worn into the ground — respect the craft, and we'll respect the return.
Hit the Returns Portal from the footer, enter your order number and email, and print your label. Drop it with the carrier and we refund the original payment method once it lands back with us — 3–5 business days.
Yes, if the size is still in stock. Sizes go fast and pieces don't restock — if your size is gone, we refund instead. No rain checks. No promises on the next release.
Final sale means final. Discounted and marked-down pieces stay yours once bought — no returns, no exchanges. Choose like you mean it.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, on us. We don't ship mistakes on purpose, and we don't make you pay for ours.
TREAT IT LIKE IT'S YOURS
Cold water, inside out, gentle cycle. Air dry if you can — the heat of a dryer fades a print and a fit. These pieces are built to last; treat them like armor, not a rag.
Wash inside out, cold, as little as possible. Spot clean between washes. The paint and distressing are hand-finished — the more you wash, the more you lose. Wear the character, don't scrub it out.
Wipe the lenses and stones with the included cloth only. No alcohol, no acetone, no rough paper. Store them in the case when they're not on your face. Ice stays cold when you keep it clean.
Light pilling on heavyweight fleece is normal and settles after the first few washes. It's the nature of dense knit — it doesn't mean the piece is weak. Brush it lightly and move on.
Garment-dyed and acid-washed pieces are meant to age with you — that's the point. Some color shift is expected and wanted. Fade is character. Wear it like you earned it.
